Having a plan is as important as having a goal. Then follows Planning. Planning is like a direction given to an arrow, where you are the arrow and the target is your goal. And the direction you are giving to the arrow is the planning. If you don’t have a plan, you don’t have a direction. Next comes Hard work, whatever you do, ho wever you do, you must work immensely hard keeping your goal in mind. Hard work and Smart work walk hand in hand. So, utilize your time and skills accordingly. Next door to hard work is Patience and belief in yourself. The road towards success won’t be easy. There will be break downs, but you need to have faith and hang on. To keep hanging on you must have passion towards the chosen field. Being passionate about your dreams keeps you going the right way with the right energy. ‘Knowledge has beginning but no end’, by this quote we understand that, a person must be open to knowledge and learning all his life. With this one must also be a good listener. Listening skills are amongst one of the most under rated aspects.
